Jason has been playing professionally for over 40 years up and down The east Coast and across America. He was an initial member of the jam band Blues Traveler, and was a fledgling performer in jazz great Jimmy Cobb's group "Cobb's Mobb." He has shared the stage with saxophonist Lee Konitz, pianist Hal Galper, and trombonist Hal Crook, to name a few. Jason is excited to collaborate with Jerry and bring their current group of creative musicians to Cadenza.
Jerry has performed professionally as a drummer and freelance musician throughout his life and is currently a full-time member of The Carmine Band. He is a founding member of the contemporary jazz group “Raccoon Beach”, whose self-titled debut recording in 1994 received nationwide distribution and airplay. Concert highlights of “Raccoon Beach'' included performances at Ryles Jazz Club in Cambridge Massachusetts, The Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City, and The Newport Jazz Festival in Saratoga NY.
