About The Event
Bassist Duane Edwards is an accomplished musician currently residing in Portland, Maine.
Duane Edwards presents an evening of jazz standards, improvisatory music, and original compositions. Duane has been a mainstay of the local music scene for the last fifteen years; playing with many great Maine musicians and regional/national artists that have come to our fair state. His trio, Evan Haines (guitar) and John Sunkten (drums), will perform selections from Bill Frisell, Soundgarden, Patsy Cline, and other contemporary songs. Also original material from his first solo album Time Machine and an upcoming release entitled Birds.
